Immunohistochemistry & in situ hybridization Summer School 2019
A 7day hands-on intensive course for beginners and those who want to discover more on these techniques. In this course, all participants will learn how to perform immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH), set up a workspace for IHC and ISH, prepare samples for IHC and ISH, design staining protocols for IHC and ISH, interpret results and perform appropriate controls. The workshop will conclude with an open discussion and the analysis of IHC and ISH problems proposed by the workshop participants.
