*** เงื่อนไขการเข้าอบรม (Conditions for attend the training)
1.หลังจากผู้สมัครเข้าร่วมอบรมได้รับอีเมลยืนยันการลงทะเบียนแล้ว ให้ชำระค่าลงทะเบียนภายใน 10 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับอีเมลยืนยัน กรณีไม่สามารถชำระค่าลงทะเบียนได้ตามกำหนดเวลาดังกล่าวกรุณาโทรแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ให้ทราบล่วงหน้า ไม่เช่นนั้นจะถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิ์
1. The registration fee must be paid within 10 days after receiving the confirmation email. If the registration fee cannot be paid within the deadline, please inform the staff in advance; otherwise, it will be considered that you have forfeited your spot.
*** เงื่อนไขการคืนเงินค่าลงทะเบียนและการได้รับประกาศนียบัตร (Conditions for refunding the registration fee and receiving the certificate.)
1. กรณีทั่วไป ผู้ลงทะเบียนที่ประสงค์ยกเลิกการอบรม จะต้องแจ้งผู้ประสานงานก่อนวันจัดอบรม ล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 10 วัน (นับรวมวันหยุดราชการ เช่น จัดอบรมวันที่ 14 ก.พ. 68 จะต้องแจ้งอย่างช้าที่สุดคือวันที่ 4 ก.พ. 68) โดยสถาบันชีววิทยาศาสตร์โมเลกุล จะคืนเงินค่าลงทะเบียนให้กึ่งหนึ่ง กรณีไม่ได้แจ้งความประสงค์ล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 10 วัน สถาบันฯ อาจพิจารณาไม่คืนเงินค่าลงทะเบียน โดยขอสงวนสิทธิให้ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันชีววิทยาศาสตร์โมเลกุล มีอำนาจวินิจฉัยสั่งการ และให้คำสั่งดังกล่าวถือเป็นที่สุด
1. General case: Registrants who wish to cancel their registration must notify the staff at least 10 days in advance of the first day of training. For instance, if the training begins on February 14, 2025, registrants must inform the staff no later than February 4, 2025. The institute will refund half of the registration fee. If registrants fail to notify the staff at least 10 days in advance, the institute may consider not refunding the registration fee. In case of problems in implementing these conditions, the final decision is under the discretion of the Director of the Institute of Molecular Biosciences.
The institute will take at least 30 days to refund the registration fee due to the refund process that must be submitted to the Office of the President, Mahidol University, for consideration and approval.
