Research Summary<\/span>\u00a0\u2003<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our research is focused on studies of genetic diversity, molecular identification and pathogenicity of fungal and bacterial pathogens in cassava such as\u00a0Xanthomonas\u00a0axonopodis\u00a0pv.\u00a0manihotis\u00a0(Xam) and\u00a0Phytophthora\u00a0melonis. Moreover, we are also interested in investigating of genes involved in resistance and virulence of these diseases in order to apply for improvement of cassava with resistance to diseases.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
