At our Molecular Microbiology Laboratory, we focus on (i) transcription networks in bacterial pathogens Listeria monocytogenes and Staphylococcus aureus, (ii) genomics of Salmonella enterica and its bacteriophages, (iii) resistome in Acinetobacter baumannii, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Salmonella enterica, (iv) optimization and characterization of bacterial-specific antimicrobials, and (iv) application of probiotics in aquaculture.
