Institute of Molecular Biosciences, Mahidol University, Partners with Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati, Indonesia, to Strengthen Academic and Research Collaboration

On September 26, 2024, the Institute of Molecular Biosciences (MB), Mahidol University, hosted a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati, Indonesia. The ceremony was graced by the presence of Professor Piyamitr Sritara, M.D., FRCP, the President of Mahidol University, and Professor Narattaphol Charoenphandhu, M.D., Ph.D., Director of the Institute of Molecular Biosciences, along with the executives from MB, Mahidol University. They warmly welcomed Professor Ahmad Faqih, Rector of Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati, and Dr. Catur Sulistiyana, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, at the event, which took place at Professor Kanok Phavasuthipaisit Meeting Room (A108), Institute of Molecular Biosciences, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.

The MOU aims to foster collaboration in academic and research activities between the two institutions. This includes the exchange of research knowledge, the organization of conferences and academic seminars, and the joint development of research projects in areas of mutual interest. The partnership will enhance the quality of research and create new opportunities for innovation that will benefit both countries.
