Conditions for refunding registration fee

1. General case: Registrants who wish to cancel their registration must notify the staff at least 10 days in advance of the first day of training. For instance, if the training begins on February 14, 2024, registrants must inform the staff no later than February 4, 2024. The institute will refund half of the registration fee. If registrants fail to notify the staff at least 10 days in advance, the institute may consider not refunding the registration fee. In case of problems in implementing these conditions, the final decision is under the discretion of the Director of the Institute of Molecular Biosciences.

2. COVID-19 infection case: The institute has measures for attendees to undergo COVID-19 testing before starting training each week (a total of 2 times). The cost of the ATK test kit is the responsibility of the institute. If attendees are found to be infected with COVID-19, the institute will refund the registration fee based on the number of days they did not attend the training at the rate of 4,500.00 THB per day, with a maximum not exceeding 22,500.00 THB.

3. The institute will take at least 30 days to refund the registration fee due to the refund process that must be submitted to the Office of the President, Mahidol University, for consideration and approval.

Attendees will receive a certificate only if they participate in the training equal to or more than 80% of the total training period.

Except in the case of being found to be infected with COVID-19, the institute will issue a program completion based on the number of days you have attended the training. The training schedule and topics that you have attended will be attached.

In the event of problems in the implementation of this conditions, the final decision is under the Director’s discretion.
