Room Reservation Cancellation Policy
If the guest wishes to cancel their room reservation, they must notify the institute in writing, stating the reason for the cancellation. The refund conditions are as follows:
– Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 business days before the check-in date.
– 50% refund of the total amount paid for cancellations made at least 3 business days before the check-in date.
– No refund for cancellations made less than 3 business days before the check-in date.
