Registration Fees | ค่าลงทะเบียน
The registration fees (per participant) are | ค่าลงทะเบียน (ต่อท่าน) มีดังนี้
- 11,000 Baht; or
- 9,900 Baht (10% discount) for registrations completed on or before 12 January 2026. | (ลด 10%) สำหรับการลงทะเบียนที่เสร็จสมบูรณ์ภายในวันที่ 12 มกราคม 2569
A registration is considered complete only when | โดยการลงทะเบียนจะถือว่า เสร็จสมบูรณ์ เมื่อ
- the online application form is fully completed, | กรอกแบบฟอร์มการสมัครออนไลน์ครบถ้วน
- the full registration fee has been transferred, and | โอนชำระค่าลงทะเบียนเต็มจำนวน และ
- the payment document (pay-in slip) has been submitted to the programme coordinator. | ส่งหลักฐานการโอนเงิน (pay-in slip) ให้เจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานแล้วเรียบร้อย
Participants will receive a training handbook, a registration pack, lunch, refreshments, and a certificate on the day of the workshop. | ผู้เข้าอบรมจะได้รับคู่มือประกอบการอบรม ชุดลงทะเบียน อาหารกลางวัน อาหารว่าง และประกาศนียบัตร
Registration Process | ขั้นตอนการลงทะเบียน
- Complete and submit the online application form
- Wait for an email notification of the application result within 5 days (including public holidays).
- Upon receiving confirmation of eligibility, complete the payment within 3 days (including public holidays) from the date of notification** by transferring the fee to:

- Send the pay-in slip to the programme coordinator, Ms. Panutchanat Khamtonwong, via email: panutchanat.kha@mahidol.ac.th
- Upon completion, the applicant will receive an official registration confirmation email.
**If you are unable to make the payment within the specified deadline, please call the programme coordinator in advance; otherwise, your place will be considered forfeited.**
ขั้นตอนการลงทะเบียน
- กรอกแบบฟอร์มการสมัครออนไลน์
- เจ้าหน้าที่จะแจ้งผลการสมัครทางอีเมลภายใน 5 วัน (นับรวมวันหยุดราชการ)
- เมื่อได้รับการยืนยันสิทธิเข้าร่วมอบรม ผู้สมัครต้องชำระค่าลงทะเบียนให้เสร็จสิ้น ภายใน 3 วัน (นับรวมวันหยุดราชการ) นับแต่วันที่ได้รับแจ้ง** โดยโอนเงินเข้าบัญชี:

The Institute reserves the right to allow participation only to eligible individuals directly related to the activity, and the decision of the Institute is final. All documents, videos, and training materials are protected; copying, modifying, or distributing them is prohibited and may constitute a legal offence.
สถาบันฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการอนุญาตให้เข้าร่วมเฉพาะผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยตรงเท่านั้น และการตัดสินของสถาบันฯ ถือเป็นที่สุด เอกสาร วิดีโอ และสื่อประกอบการอบรมอยู่ภายใต้การคุ้มครอง ห้ามทำซ้ำ ดัดแปลง หรือเผยแพร่ ซึ่งอาจมีความผิดตามกฎหมาย

Refund Conditions | เงื่อนไขการคืนเงินค่าลงทะเบียน
If the Institute is unable to open the training round for which you have registered (fewer than 10 participants) and you cannot attend an alternative round, the full registration fee will be refunded. | หากสถาบันฯ ไม่สามารถเปิดอบรมในรุ่นที่ท่านลงทะเบียนได้ (มีผู้เข้าร่วมไม่ถึง 10 คน) และท่านไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมรุ่นอื่นแทนได้ สถาบันฯ จะคืนเงินค่าลงทะเบียน เต็มจำนวน
If the applicant wishes to cancel their participation, the programme coordinator must be notified at least 10 days before the first day of training (public holidays included). | กรณีไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมได้เนื่องจากเหตุสุดวิสัย หรือประสงค์ขอยกเลิกการเข้าร่วม ต้องแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงาน ล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 10 วัน ก่อนวันอบรม (นับรวมวันหยุดราชการ)
- 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. | สถาบันฯ จะคืนเงินค่าลงทะเบียน ครึ่งหนึ่ง ของที่ชำระไว้แล้ว
- If notification is made less than 10 days before the training, the Institute may decline to issue a refund. | หากแจ้งล่วงหน้า น้อยกว่า 10 วัน สถาบันฯ อาจพิจารณาไม่คืนเงิน
(Cancellation requests must be submitted by (R1) 23 February 2026 or (R2) 29 March 2026. | คำขอยกเลิกต้องส่งภายในวันที่: (รุ่นที่ 1) 23 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 หรือ (รุ่นที่ 2) 29 มีนาคม 2569)
Refund decisions rest with the Director of the Institute of Molecular Biosciences, whose decision is final. | ทั้งนี้ การตัดสินใจขึ้นอยู่กับดุลพินิจของ ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันชีววิทยาศาสตร์โมเลกุล และถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
Refund processing requires at least 30 working days, as requests must be submitted to the Office of the President, Mahidol University, for approval. | กระบวนการคืนเงินใช้เวลา อย่างน้อย 30 วันทำการ เนื่องจากต้องส่งเรื่องให้สำนักงานอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เพื่อพิจารณาอนุมัติ
