Neuroscience International Program Achieves AUN-QA International Accreditation
On June 4, 2026, the Ph.D. Program in Neuroscience (International Program), Institute of Molecular Biosciences, Mahidol University, participated in the ASEAN University Network Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) Program Assessment Certificate Presentation Ceremony 2025, together with the knowledge-sharing forum entitled “AUN-QA in Action: 12 Stories of Transformative Power,” organized by Mahidol University.
The Neuroscience (International Program) was officially awarded AUN-QA accreditation and recognized as one of the University’s 12 model academic programs that have successfully achieved the AUN-QA quality standards. The certificate was received on behalf of the program by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nuanchan Chutabhakdikul, Chair of the Graduate Program Executive Committee, Neuroscience (International Program), while Assoc. Prof. Dr. M.L. Saovaros Svasti, Director of the Institute of Molecular Biosciences, received the congratulatory bouquet. The ceremony was attended by the Institute’s executives, faculty members, and the program’s SAR team, whose collective efforts contributed to this significant achievement.
As part of the event, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nuanchan Chutabhakdikul also shared the program’s quality enhancement experience through a Lightning Talk entitled “Data-driven Quality & Continuous Improvement,” accompanied by a poster presentation highlighting the program’s approach to continuous quality improvement through evidence-based management and data-driven decision-making.
Receiving AUN-QA accreditation marks another important milestone for the Neuroscience (International Program), reflecting its commitment to maintaining international standards in graduate education, fostering academic excellence, and continuously enhancing research and educational quality to prepare graduates for the global scientific community.
