Application Process
1. Interested applicants are required to complete the online application form.
2. The staff will notify applicants of the application results via email within 5 days (including public holidays).
3. Upon receiving confirmation of eligibility to participate in the training, applicants must complete the registration fee payment as instructed in the confirmation email.
4. Submit the payment slip to the staff.
5. A confirmation email will be sent once the registration process is successfully completed.

â ïļ Certificate Requirements
Participants will be eligible to receive a certificate only if they attend at least 80% of the total training duration (a minimum of 8 days of attendance).

â ïļ Policy for Refunding the Registration Fee
Registered participants must inform the staff at least 20 days prior to the training date (including public holidays). For example, if the training is scheduled for June 15, 2026, the latest date to notify is May 25, 2026. The Institute of Molecular Biosciences will refund 50% of the registration fee if the cancellation notice is given at least 20 days in advance. If the participant fails to notify the Institute at least 20 days prior to the training date, the Institute reserves the right not to refund the registration fee.

â ïļ Training Cancellation
The Institute will proceed with the training only if there are at least
12 participants per round. If the number of registered participants does
not meet the minimum requirement of 12, the Institute reserves the right
to cancel the training program. In such a case, the Institute will provide
a full refund of the registration fee.
