A3.2: The MBNS Graduate Program offers a comprehensive curriculum dedicated to unraveling the complexities of the brain and nervous system. This international program is uniquely designed to bridge the gap between discovery and application, integrating fundamental basic research with vital clinical insights in fields such as cognitive neuroscience and neurodegeneration. Students engage in high-impact research using a comprehensive suite of advanced technical methodologies spanning molecular, cellular, systems, and computational neuroscience. These include molecular and cellular techniques, animal models, EEG/ERP, electrophysiology, functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS), computer-aided drug design, biosensor technologies, brain–computer interfaces (BCI), and high-resolution imaging approaches to investigate the intricacies of brain function and the underlying mechanisms of neurological disorders.
